‘The Forge’ Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL, PROVINCIAL, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility.
   The Forge Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the Philippines who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Echo System Media Group, Inc., One Radio, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, children, and siblings) of such employees, or any persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.
2. How to Enter.
   The Giveaway will begin at 10:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time (PST) on September 30, 2024, and end at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on October 5, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”). By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Echo System Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to contain false or misleading information or those suspected of tampering with the Giveaway process.

   Maximum one (1) entry per person per day and per Facebook and Instagram account during the Giveaway Period.

   Participants may enter by following instructions provided via on-air announcements, website postings, text messages, emails, or social media.

   Entries must be received by Echo System Media Group’s system before the Giveaway closes. The company is not responsible for technical malfunctions, comment failures, or any complications delaying the receipt of entries.

3. Winner Selection and Odds.
   On or about October 6, 2024, Echo System Media Group will randomly select one (4) Grand Prize Winner and five (15) Qualifying Winners from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prize Description.

   • Four (4) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a 5-pack of cinema tickets to watch The Forge.
     Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Grand Prize Winner: ₱8,000.

   • Fifteen (15) Qualifying Winners will each receive a 2-pack of cinema tickets to watch The Forge.
     ARV per Qualifying Winner: ₱12,000.

   The total ARV for all prizes is approximately ₱20,000. 

   No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes will be permitted.

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance.
   Potential winners will be notified by phone, social media or email on or about October 6, 2024. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of a new winner. If any notification is returned as undeliverable or if a winner cannot be contacted, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
6. Publicity.
   By accepting the prize, winners grant Echo System Media Group the irrevocable right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Consent to Audio Recording.
   By acknowledging their win, all potential winners agree that Echo System Media Group, Inc. and One Radio may request and record audio clips of the winners, which may be used for promotional, advertising, or other lawful purposes. By accepting the prize, winners give their irrevocable consent for the recording and use of their voice and likeness without additional compensation.
8. General Terms and Conditions.
   By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Echo System Media Group, which are final. The company reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of the rules. Echo System Media Group also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control.
9. Use of Personal Information.
   Echo System Media Group will collect personal data for the sole purpose of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes. Personal data may be shared with third parties as necessary for prize fulfillment. By participating, entrants agree to the terms outlined in Echo System Media Group’s privacy policy.
10. Release of Liability.
    By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Echo System Media Group, its affiliates, and all related parties from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.
11. Governing Law.
    This Giveaway and its official rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. Sponsor.
    The Forge Giveaway is sponsored by Crystalsky Entertainment, Echo System Media Group, Inc., One Radio, and their affiliates. The decisions of the Sponsor regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final.
