The Kendrick Brothers, creators of War Room, are back with a new faith-based drama, The Forge. The story centers around 19-year-old Isaiah Wright, a young man who loves basketball and video games but struggles with finding direction in life. Still jobless a year after high school, Isaiah faces a tough ultimatum from his single mother, Cynthia: step up or move out.

As Isaiah wrestles with the expectations of his friends and the pressures from home, he lands a job at Moore Fitness. There, he finds more than just work—he discovers a mentor who, along with his mother’s prayers, challenges him to confront his past, let go of selfishness, and seek God’s greater purpose for his life.

The Forge brings together a star-studded cast, including Priscilla Shirer (War Room), Cameron Arnett (Overcomer), Karen Abercrombie (War Room), and newcomer Aspen Kennedy. It also features T.C. Stallings, Ken Bevel, and former NFL star Benjamin Watson. Directed by Alex Kendrick, the film emphasizes the life-changing power of godly mentorship and inspires viewers to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

“We made this film to inspire, challenge and motivate viewers to follow Jesus wholeheartedly,” says director Alex Kendrick. “Our hope is that audiences around the world will recognize the pivotal role that Godly mentorship plays in shaping the next generation.”

Following in the footsteps of Facing the Giants, Fireproof, Courageous, and Overcomer, The Forge is poised to inspire audiences with its emotional storylines and powerful messages about faith, family, and personal growth.
